Before participating in any of our basketball training programs, please carefully review the following terms and conditions that govern your relationship with Heyen Hoops. By registering for and participating in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions:
1. **Registration and Payment:**
- Participants must complete the registration process and submit payment in full to secure their spot in the desired training program.
- Payment can be made online through our secure payment portal or in-person at our facility. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and spots are limited. Early registration is encouraged to guarantee availability.
2. **Eligibility:**
- Participants must meet any age, skill level, or other eligibility requirements specified for each training program.
- Heyen Hoops reserves the right to refuse participation or remove participants from a program if they do not meet the specified eligibility criteria.
3. **Participant Conduct:**
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times during Heyen Hoops training sessions.
- Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.
4. **Safety and Injury Prevention:**
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during training sessions.
- Participants must follow all instructions provided by Heyen Hoops coaches and staff to minimize the risk of injury.
- Heyen Hoops is not liable for any injuries sustained during training sessions, except where caused by our negligence.
5. **Equipment and Attire:**
- Participants are required to wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear during training sessions.
- Heyen Hoops may provide or recommend specific equipment or gear for participants to use during sessions.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that any personal equipment or gear they bring to sessions is in safe and working condition.
- Participants are also responsible for taking care of any of Heyen Hoops equipment. If proven that athlete/parent/client is responsible for any destruction of Heyen Hoops property, they will be held liable for that property.
6. **Liability Waiver:**
- Prior to participating in any Heyen Hoops training programs, participants must sign a liability waiver and release form.
- The waiver outlines the risks associated with participating in basketball training activities and releases Heyen Hoops from liability for any injuries or damages incurred during participation.
7. **Intellectual Property:**
- All training materials, curriculum, and instructional content provided by Heyen Hoops are the intellectual property of Heyen Hoops.
- Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share any Heyen Hoops materials without prior written consent.
8. **Privacy and Data Protection:**
- Heyen Hoops is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of participant information.
- Any personal data collected during the registration process or through participation in Heyen Hoops programs will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. **Program Changes and Cancellations:**
- Heyen Hoops reserves the right to make changes to training programs, schedules, or instructors as necessary.
- In the event of program cancellations or changes, Heyen Hoops will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and provide alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.
10. **Governing Law:**
