All memberships are billed monthly from the day the membership starts. Example would be if your membership starts on January 10th, then you would be billed every 10th of the month until cancelled, paused, or changed.
Do not be afraid if membership falls halfway into a season starting or if need to cancel before a certain time period. We will make it work for you anyway we can to find solutions!

Cancellation requests must be made atleast 14 Days before next billing date to not be charged for the following month. We’re not responsible for customers “forgetting” to cancel or pause memberships. Our system will send reminders monthly.

Sessions do not roll over. This encourages consistency and helps maintain structure and accountability across all athletes.
If you miss a session, try to make it up in the following weeks. An example would be if I have 2x/week and I only make 1x in the 2nd week, then you would need to try and make 3 sessions in the following week. “Use em’ or lose em’.”

We generally cap sessions at 16 athletes to maintain quality, spacing, and coach engagement.
Exact numbers vary by age group and time block, but we prioritize effective reps over crowd size.
Higher numbers are good because it allows us to partner and group athkletes for 1v1, 2v1, 2v2 scenarios. We prefer having defense on almost everything!
